In an industry where quality assurance is tantamount, we strive to provide our customers products that will exceed their expectations.
Our commitment to quality assurance begins at the initial point of contact and is maintained through the entire order process, ensuring that the requirements of the product are understood. Drawings and specifications are reviewed and communicated between our Sales, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing and Purchasing personnel. Clarification is sought where necessary, and any necessary exceptions or deviations are requested if needed.
Our Total Quality Management is the driving force in the design and fabrication of our products. Array Solders is ISO 9001:2015 compliant production facility. We utilize statistical process controls, nondestructive testing and random sampling analysis to maintain that our customers’ requirements are met. All our measuring equipment has been calibrated and is traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology. Data collection and retention for both in-process and final inspection establishes traceability for all products produced.
Spectrographic analysis is performed on all incoming raw materials. All alloyed materials are analyzed for content and purity prior to our in-house molten processing and production preparation. Our post alloying lot analysis is used to identify our preforms by date, time and materials used in the manufacturing process.
The physical characteristics of our preforms are checked to insure correct dimensions, weight/volume and uniformity. Array Solders maintains rigid in-house standards to insure customer satisfaction.
